Wednesday 2/6... Leg Day!

Today was a heavy leg day, very intense:

A1) Angled Leg Press...450 lbs for 2 sets of 15 reps, 500 lbs for 1 set of 12 reps, followed by:
A2) Smith Machine Calf Raises...(185 lbs)...3 sets of 16, 14, 13 reps...rest 1 min, repeat
B1) Hack Squat Machine....(245 lbs) ..... 3 sets of 12, 12, 11 reps ... followed by:
B2) Slanted Calf Raise machine...(60 lbs) .... 3 sets of 12 reps
C1) Alternating lunges with barbell (100 lbs) .... 3 sets of 24 reps (12 ea. leg)...followed by:
C2) Seated Calf Raise ...(70 lbs) ..... 3 sets of 15 reps
D1) Hyperextensions...(45 lb barbell on my neck) .... 3 sets of 12 reps, followed by:
D2) Hanging Leg Raises (bodyweight) 3 sets of 15 reps

Tomorrow.... Chest/Back/Abs
