Today I trained all "pushing" muscles:
CHEST:
A) Incline Barbell Press: 185 lbsx7,7,5 reps (last set drop set....185x5 ...then 140x8 reps)
B) Flat DB Bench Press: 70x12,11 reps, 75 lbs x 8 reps
C) Flat DB Flys: 45 lbs (3 sets of 10 reps)
TRICEPS/SHOULDERS: (supersets)
D1) Tricep Pressdowns: 70 lbs (3 sets of 10 reps)....followed by:
D2) Side Lateral Raises: 20 lbs for 2 sets of 15 reps, 22.5 lbs for 1 set of 12 reps
E1) Lying DB Extensions to forehead: 30 lbs (3 sets of 8 reps)...followed by:
E2) EZ Bar Close Grip Upright Rows: 55 lbs (3 sets of 12 reps)
F1) Face down Rear Delt DB Raises on Incline Bench: 17.5 lbs for 2 sets of 10 reps..followed by:
F2) Diamond Pushups: bodyweight (2 sets of 12 reps)
TOMORROW: PULLING MUSCLES (Back/Biceps)...WEDNESDAY: Legs
