Legs:
Barbell Squats: 275 for 3 sets of 12 reps
Hack Squats: 265 lbs for 4 sets of 10 reps ...supersetted with Calf Raises (4 x 15 reps)
Lying Leg Curls: 100 lbs for 4 sets of 10 reps...supersetted with Seated Calf Raises (4 x 12 reps)
