Tuesday 1/12 P90X Chest/Back

I did the entire P90X Chest/Back workout today.... which is a combination of pull-ups and pushups. It's amazing the pump you feel from bodyweight exercises. 24 total sets today (12 for chest/12 for back)... I love P90X!!!

Again, I highly recommend every reader purchases the P90X DVD set. It is well worth the investment! The great thing is that you never have to leave your home or purchase a gym membership. All you need are a set of resistance bands, a chair, maybe some dumbells (I recommend this guys! I have a set of Bow Flex Selecteck adjustable dumbells, they are adjustable up to 52 lbs which is all I need), and a doorway chip up bar. That's it! No treadmill, no weight cage nor barbells....
