This morning I performed the P90X Leg/Back workout. The only change/alteration I made was I performed Hindu squats (for 50 reps) instead of wall squats. If you have the P90X program you know where the wall squats fit in. The reason I made this change is I am not a fan of a static movements like stationary wall squats. I like a functional exercise like high-rep Hindu Squats instead.
Tomorrow is the Chest/Shoulder/Tricep workout.....
