I am returning to regular workouts starting Monday, January 11th!

After soaking the thumb in warm salt water twice per day for a week it's all but completely healed. I am not so worried about ripping the stitches any longer. I will be returning to my daily goals of
THE DAILY 450!

50 reps of Pull-ups/Chinups
100 reps of Abs
100 reps of pushups
200 reps of legs (squats/lunges)

I did follow along with these two videos this weekend and I highly recommend you purchase them both.... this chick is TOUGH!
