Sunday 11/17 Chest/Shoulders/Triceps (P90X)

This morning I just completed the Chest/Shoulders/Triceps tape. Tomorrow will be no resistance training, probably Abs-X and/or Core-X workout. I'll decide tomorrow morning. Today is an exciting NFL pay-off day! Who will it be, Romo or Farve? If I were betting on this game (which I am not!), I'd place my bets on Farve..... AND Brees (New Orleans shouuld win today if their heads are in the game, that is!)
