First of all, allow me to be politically incorrect here. I absolutely refuse to express "Happy Holidays!"....instead I will shout from the highest mountain top, "Merry Christ-mas!"
If you are not a Christian and this offends you, just remember you live in a Christian country, founded by men and women of faith, Christians. When in Rome, do what the Romans do. If you live in my country (USA) you don't have to embrace Christianity, but don't expect Christians to accomodate you and remove "Merry Christmas" from our seasonal verbiage.
Fitness tip of the month- REFUSE THE BREAD BASKET!!! What this means is that when you are dining at a restaurant politely refuse the bread basket. When the waiter brings by the luscious desert trey, tell him to "Go to Hell!"
Think of it this way, that bread basket, that desert tray is Satan himself calling out to you! Don't be tempted....
