
This photo was taken of Lance last week in his garage. Damn, he's in great shape! At his peak he had awesome legs/calves but a puny upper body. He has really trained hard to bring his torso and arms up to par. Way to go Lance!
This is what Dumbell training will do. I train in my home gym which consists of Soloflex SelectTech dumbells, a pull-up bar, pushup handles, a step (like the one in this photo), resistance bands and a swiss ball. That's all anyone needs to get buff and in peak shape!
