Then try bodyeight training...Let me expand on this....
I always incorporate a variety of bodyweight movements in all of my workouts. All of my back workouts include pull-ups. All chest workouts include either dips or push-ups between two medicine balls. For legs its high repetition bodyweight calf raises, hig hrep Hindu Squats, and lying legs on a swiss ball. For Shoulders its hand-stand pushups (I haev gotten pretty good at these, sets of eight reps!)....and so on and so on...
