P90X

A while back I reviewed and recommended the home fitness program P90X. I am still impressed with it and have recently returned to it fulltime on a daily basis. I was on my old stand-by program (see blog post on Jan 26th) but due to poor waether conditions was stuck in my house and unable to make it to the gym for several days. P90X went to the rescue and two weeks ago and decided to SKIP THE GYM altogether and train at home each and everyday. MY only equipment (and the only equipment needed) are some dumbells (I own a set of "Bowflex SelectTech"), a pull-up bar (tyr the "Door Gym"), and some resistance bands (I prefer the Lifeline USA brand).
That's it, all it all fits in a compact space. Anyway, I highly recommend the DVD set and I purchased mine on ebay.
