About to try new training technique!

After many years of heavy training and being plaugued with many injuries (herniated disks, soreness and inflamation in my shoulder, daily aches and pains), I have decided to take it "SLOW."

In a nutshell, it is a slower exercise cadence. You select a weight and perform it in ultra-slow motion. Many promising studies have been conducted and are in support of this technique. I will try it for a period of 90 days and will frequently detail my progress here.
