Post workout nutrition

Here are my feelings about nutrition before, as well as after a workout. First of all, the very best time to exercise is in the morning on an empty stomach, especially cardiovascular training. That means, other than a strong cup of black coffee nothing should be consumed prior to working out. If you happen train train later in the day or in the evening, fast for at least 2 1/2 hours prior to exercising. These "pre workout meals" have no place in my regimen and they WILL NOT provide you with quick energy for your workout. You already have an abundance of stored sugar (muscle gycogen) in your body to fuel the workout. The only high energy "snack" that is acceptable is a strong dose of caffeine. Amen on that one! Coffee is a staple in my diet!!!

Post workout nutrition is a different story. I believe you should consume some whey protein (mixed in water, shaker bottles are so handy!) immediately after training. This is when you muscles need it most. Follow that shake with a solid meal within one hour, preferably 30 minutes.

No matter what, suck down that protein shake immediately after exercise, whether its a weight workout or a cardio workout.

Cheating On My Unattracted Wife

I can't seem to sexually perform with my wife anymore. Her physical deterioration, the impact this is having on our sex life, I can't get ready for love making. I've been having an affair for 8 years and can be ready to perform every time she walks in the room. Something RADICAL to build muscle!!!

Want to build muscle mass in the shortest amount of time possible? Train each bodypart TWICE in one day! That's right....here goes...Train no more than two bodyparts in one session but split the session in TWO....train a heavy session in the morning (multiple sets of heavier weight and lower reps, like 4 sets of 5-8 reps per set) and return at night and train the exact same muscle groups but with lighter weight a higher reps (such as 3 sets of 14-20 reps)...Example:
Monday, AM session(free weights only!):
Chest/Biceps:
Bench Press....5 x 6
Incline DB Press....4 x 8
Barbell Curls.....4 x 8
DB Hammer Curls....4 x 8

Monday, PM session (at least 5 hours later)
Incline DB Fly...3 x 15
Decline DB Press...3 x 12
Bodyweight dips...3 x failure
Preacher Curls...3 x 12
Any Biceps Machine...3 x 15
Concentration Curls...3 x 12

This program flat works.....choose similar-type free-weight compound exercises for each bodypart in the morning session and then combine Dumbells and machines together for "pumping" in the evening session. Train no more than 4 days per week and use mild cardio sessions on your of days. Increase your protein intake to maximize recovery. Some Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA's) before and immediately after each session is also highly recommended.

He Doesn't Fancy Me For Intimate Love

I really would be grateful if there was anyone out there who could give me some advice. My husband says it's not just that he doesn't fancy me anymore for intimate love activity, he doesn't fancy anyone (!) so I suspected he could do with some libido lifting supplements (zinc etc) for more drive, desire and confidence in himself. I bought him some, but he won't take them. Also he won't go to his doctor about his lack of desire for making love either.
