Bullshit! I have mentioned here several times that consistency is THE KEY to success in your fitness endeavors (and reaching GOALS, MILESTONES!). You have to remain consistent. Personally I set my alarm for 5 AM every weekday morning (sleep in to 7 AM on weekends, HA!)...throw down some black coffee and I am in the gym by 5:30. My workout only lasts until 6:15....This allows me just enough time for a quick breakfast (lately its been low sugar yogurt mixed with cottage cheese along with a low carb/high fiber tortilla), shower and then I start my workday....all within the span of 2 hours and 15 mintes. I am ready to head out the door by 7:15.
Make exercise a PRIORITY, then you'll find the time. Some people simply cannot workout in the morning. They either have small children or they are simply NOT morning people. I wasn't a morning person either but I have adjusted and now that's the ONLY time I work out.
If it is impossible to have a morning workout then try a 35 minute daily workout during your lunch hour....or.....right after work.....or in the late evening (but allow two hours before bedtime). Believe it or not, the few times I have exercised at 7:30 at night I was spound asleep by 10:30...I was pooped....
No matter what, MAKE TIME...MAKE THIS A PRIORITY.....Also, get inspired, watch "The World's Biggest Loser."
These people were sick of seeing a lard-ass in the mirror and decided to do something about it. Can you imagine how much courage that is required to do this on National TV? This show will inspire anyone.
BOTTOM LINE: Get off that lard-ass of yours, get motivated, start exercising CONSISTENTLY and more than anything, make this a PRIORITY, make this a lifestyle necessity.
